Terms of Use

These terms ("Terms") govern your use of the Crowd Price mobile application ("the App") and the website at crypto-forecasts.vercel.app ("the Site"). By installing or using the App or the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

1. Informational use only

The App displays summaries derived from publicly available prediction-market data and public price feeds. It does not provide financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. Nothing the App displays constitutes a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset, security, derivative, or contract.

2. No warranty on data

Data is sourced from third-party APIs (Kalshi, CoinGecko). We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any displayed value. Markets move; APIs change; data can be wrong, stale, or missing. You are solely responsible for verifying any information before acting on it.

3. No liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. The author shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or the Site, including but not limited to losses from trading decisions, lost profits, or data loss.

4. Acknowledgement by users in regulated jurisdictions

Users in the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, and any other jurisdiction with financial-services regulation acknowledge that the App is not a licensed financial-advice service, broker, dealer, or investment adviser. The App is published by an individual developer, not a regulated firm.

5. No money handling

The App does not custody funds, execute trades, transfer tokens, or process payments. Optional Solana wallet connection is for identity only; no signing of value-bearing transactions is performed by the App.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: reverse-engineer the App for malicious purposes, attempt to overload the data source APIs through the App, or use the App in violation of any applicable law.

7. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be flagged on this page.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of the developer's residence. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
